FAQ For Quality Inspection

Can you accept inspection through third-party organization? What is the steps of inspection?

We know some customers have requirements of inspection before shipment, like PVOC, COC BV or other inspection for Kenya,Tanzania, Iraq and other countries & regions. We already have experience to do those kind of inspection, help the inspector to check each item, all details.  

What is your inspection process before shipment?

A. We will measure all items according to the agreed drawings or technical specifications confirmed before an order. Taking pictures of each dimension showed in the drawings.

B.Checking the treatment surface especially the hot dip galvanization, ensure no burrs, scratch.

C.Checking the quantity based on the order, to be sure there is no shortage of shipment.

D.Checking packages complies with the final packing list, use strong durable and safe outer package.
