The transformer bracing cross arm is the cross of dimension of 550x50x50x6mm。

The cross arm is hot dipped galvanized.All steel members and other parts of fabricated material as delivered is free of warps, local deformation.Bending of flat strap is carried out cold.

About surface treatment:

All galvanizing is carried out by the hot dip process. The zinc coating is smooth, continuous and uniform. It is free from acid spot and shall not scale, blister or be removable by handling or packing. After galvanizing no drilling or welding is performed on the galvanized parts of the equipment.

About packing:

Before packing, all welding, drilling, cutting, grinding and other finishing operations completed.
