BOLTS & NUTS

The bolt can be threaded for total length as per customers' requirement. Screw threads is parallel throughout their length. They are formed, after galvanizing, the nut can be easily screwed by hand over the whole threaded length, without excessive play.

 Composition:

1.The plain washers is cold punched. 

2.Individual nuts used for special purposes, such as lock nuts.

Packing：

1.Before dispatch from the works one washer fitted to each bolt and a nut is screwed on the whole threaded length and left in this position.

2.Each set includes one bolt, two hexagonal nuts and two washers and supplied in an assembled form.

3.The set packed in the bag as per standard. The weight of one bag not exceed 50Kg.  Each bag carries a label that indicates the name, quantity, weight of one set, total weight of bag or something else required.
