Preformed Suspension Set For OPGW Cable

ADSS optical cable suspension clamp 

 

Suspension fittings include ADSS optical cable suspension fittings and OPGW suspension fittings. OPGW optical cable suspension fittings have one more ground wire than ADSS optical cable suspension fittings, which are produced according to the cable diameter and tensile strength of the optical cable.

According to the different connecting parts used for poles and towers, different models can also be equipped.

Product Details

Suspension string fittings include U-shaped screws, suspension clamps, pre-twisted wire protection lines, grounding drain wires and necessary connection fittings. 

The mechanical strength of the hanging string connection fittings is 70kN.

The suspension clamp is a pre-twisted wire type, and the clamp body is made of aluminum alloy. The clamp body should be equipped with an EPDM rubber cushioning elastic pad.

The allowable value of the drape angle at the outlet of the OPGW single drape clamp is not less than 15 degrees. The ground wire is connected to the wire clamp of the tower, and its screw hole needs to be matched with the M16 bolt. The heat capacity of the ground wire should match the OPGW.

Safety Note 

It must be ensured that the extreme contact pressure under the fitting does not exceed the extrusion design limit of the ADSS optical cable. In the use of the tension value, it is necessary to ensure that the ADSS optical cable and the wire do not whip, and the load on the tower is as small as possible to avoid safety problems.
