Multipurpose Pole Clamps

The multipurpose pole clamps is used in supporting line accessories in low voltage, 11KV, 33K overhead pole lines using bare conductors. The lines are constructed on wooden and reinforced round concrete poles.The pole clamp is designed to adapt to circular concrete poles tapering and wooden poles for attaching line accessories at various configurations. And designed with forged reinforcing stiffer ribs on their corners for extra strength.

Product Details

The multipurpose pole clamp is fabricated from structural steel grade 235 and is hot dipped galvanized. The tensile strength of the multipurpose pole clamp is not less than 70KN for the light duty clamps and 120KN for the heavy duty clamps respectively. The clamps is supplied complete with bolts, locking nut, flat washer and spring washer for main or rib line.

Cutting and surface

1. The cutting is by cold process while bending and shaping is by hot forging. It is capable of being re-flattened without fracture. All holes is drilled in one operation and burrs will be removed.

2. All surfaces of the multipurpose pole clamps is smooth, free from blisters, sharp edges, can't injure personnel during assembly or installation. All components is galvanized by hot dip method after fabrication and with a minimum zinc coating thickness of 86 microns.
