The preformed side binding wire is used for high-voltage lines, which is easy to use, so that the insulator and the tied wire are less worn, and effectively improves the gripping ability with the insulated wire.
The top tie are all designed in a spiral structure and include aluminum-clad steel wires. the central part of the energy distribution cable is fashioned in the factory, and its form may be matched with diverse insulators and wires. the gripping phase of the electricity distribution cable is sprayed with frosting to improve gripping capacity.

Technical characteristics
◆High strength; tensile strength is 8-18 times that of aluminum binding wire and 3 times that of copper binding wire;
◆High grip strength; low can easily exceed 350kg, so the disconnection can be limited within one span; and the load can be reduced before the pole and the structure are damaged;
◆High pull-off strength; sufficient material strength and ring structure provide the necessary resistance to side pull and uplift, thereby effectively preventing the wire from leaving the insulator groove;
◆It has good resilience; under additional loads such as tree impact, wire dancing and ice removal, due to its good resilience, the wire can maintain normal sag and tension;
◆Radio interference level is low; does not exceed the interference level of insulators;
◆Easy installation and improved construction efficiency; the power distribution tying line can be installed with bare hands in 30 seconds, and the installation time with a live insulating pole will not exceed 3 minutes; while the traditional manual tying needs at least 10 minutes.
