How much does the company cover? How many workers does the company have?Our factory is located in the Industry Xihuan, Renqiu, Hebei, China. The factory covers an area of 6,000 square meters and has more than 120 employees.

1.Whether the products can be customized?Yes, we‘ll do it based on the the drawings or technical specifications from the customers. Since we are doing oversea business, we are aware of different countries sometimes use products under different standards. Considering the cost, we firstly will introduce our products with same function, if it doesn’t work, we engineer certainly study all technical data first then do preparation of the customized products, like opening mould, how to choose good model with low cost, use the correct material required so that we can offer competitive price but customized items. 2.What are the materials of your products? Can do other materials?For our preformed guy grip dead end products mostly made of galvanized steel wire or alloy clad steel wire, aluminum alloy wire for armor rods.Sometimes, customers want copper preformed materials, we indeed made it before.For line hardware fittings, they are hot dip galvanized steel to oxidation and corrosive agents, which allows their use in environments where high resistance. However, we still listen from customers if different mateirals required.  3.Can your company provide drawings?Yes, we can. Drawings is the way of confirming parameters of the products. By providing drawings, we can avoid mistakes. Sometimes, customers sent some pictures with measuring, we engineer can draw a very good technical drawing based on it. 4.What is the HS code of your products?For preformed guy grip dead end, we use 73262090;For C201& 304 stainless steel strapping band, the HS code is 72209000;For hot dip galvanized steel line hardware, it’s 73269090.For bolts, we use 73181590.90.All of above are the most common HS code what we used, if other items, please contact us.

1.What are the package of your products?Considering long-distance transportation from our factory to destination, and sometimes loading & unloading many times. We use strong safe package, such as resistance carton & bags, if LCL shipment, must be pallets & cases. 2.How many tons you load in one full container?We usually load 25-27 tons one whole 20ft container, sometimes, customers have their limit of the weight, before an order, it’s better to calculate the weight allowed to load in a container and then we see adjust the quantity to load. By doing this, we can save sea freight for customers effectively. 3. Can you provide wooden fumigation pallets or wooden boxes?We use formal plywood pallets & cases, we worked with the supplier of package specially exportation.   Can you accept labels with the customer information in the visible part of the outer package?Each small or large package with stickers like item name, quantity, weight etc. If no special requirements, we usually print labels, sticking on the cartons or cases. Sometimes, customer wants the package with information printed, we will talk with our package supplier about that.  Can you provide Certificate of Origin? Or invoices certified by Embassies?We have been already recorded and registered in the Commodity Inspection and Quarantine Bureau and the Embassy, so we are qualified to issue certificates of origin and invoices for different countries.  What is the nearest port by sea or air?The nearest port is Tianjin by sea, and the nearest port by air is Beijing.We can talk when customers want to use different ports, like Shanghai, Qingdao.

How long is the price validity?Generally, we can keep our price same within 3 to 5 months because we know lots of quotation revolved to tenders & bids, clients need long time to have feedback. However, under the present situation, material cost so unstable, repeat attacked by virus, sea freight increased in so large range, we also want our price are competitive, so valid will be only 10 days to 15 days. Can we get discount if large quantity?Yes, we’ll consider discount when customers buy products in large quantity, especially our advantaged products. When customers show the target price or price from other suppliers, can you agree that?We are happy when clients give us their advises about the buying price, that means, customers have interested to our company and products, and may in some way, also have trust on us. In this way, it’s no doubt to carefully check target price from customers, listen their requirements of quality. Give the best solutions.   

Can your company provide samples? How much will be the samples charges? How many days will be delivered?Yes, under normal international business discussion, sample request and delivering is very common. If we have stocks of the required samples, we can provide free and delivery within couple of days, courier charges will be paid by new clients. For old customers, we can cover it to give support.

Can you accept inspection through third-party organization? What is the steps of inspection? We know some customers have requirements of inspection before shipment, like PVOC, COC BV or other inspection for Kenya,Tanzania, Iraq and other countries & regions. We already have experience to do those kind of inspection, help the inspector to check each item, all details.   What is your inspection process before shipment? A. We will measure all items according to the agreed drawings or technical specifications confirmed before an order. Taking pictures of each dimension showed in the drawings. B.Checking the treatment surface especially the hot dip galvanization, ensure no burrs, scratch. C.Checking the quantity based on the order, to be sure there is no shortage of shipment. D.Checking packages complies with the final packing list, use strong durable and safe outer package.
