Storage kit made of same material as the universal pole clamps(hot dip galvanized steel Q235B) and fabricated in the form of a cross arm and provided with suitable method to affix on the pole. The unit be supplied complete with the appropriate mounting straps to allow for mounting on the pole. 

The surplus cable rack is used to suspend and fix the surplus OPGW optical cable and ADSS optical cable on the tower in the overhead line for maintenance and inspection. 

1.The remaining cable rack for poles is fixed on the poles by two sets of steel band hoops 

2.The remaining cable frame for the tower is fixed on the iron tower angle steel by two sets of right-angle splints.

Purpose: It is used to place the surplus optical cable when the optical cable is connected. Generally, a splice box is provided with a surplus cable rack. 

The surplus cable rack is used to store the surplus optical cable on the tower. Its main technical parameter is the diameter of the surplus cable rack (mm). It is usually used in conjunction with the optical cable splice box. Each splice box is equipped with one surplus cable rack.

Installation and construction requirements of the remaining cable rack:   

(1)The special clamp for the remaining cable rack is fixed at a proper position inside the tower, and the remaining cable is tightly wound on the remaining cable rack;    

(2)The remaining cables shall be coiled into the remaining cable rack according to natural bending, and the remaining cables shall be fixed on the remaining cable rack with no less than 4 fixing points;    

(3) Fix the remaining cable rack at a suitable position, and fix the lead wires other than the remaining cable with the down-lead clamp, so as not to cause the phenomenon of wind blowing.
